Ordered 2 months ago and no delivery updates. Terrible customer service I have sent numerous emails to customer service and no response. Have been using Stationery pal for 6 years and this is the first time I’ve had such an awful experience. I would like a refund at least, but there’s no sign of me receiving one. Please order from this site with caution.

I ordered notebooks 13 weeks ago and they still haven’t come, and there is nobody responding to me about it, and the shipping was insanely expensive, I spent slot of money and the notebooks never came and nobody talked to me about a delay in shipping or anything, I would absolutely like a refund and yes I’m willing to sue.

the deliver person kept my package and I never received it. I have sent you guys emails, messages in your social media to see how I could contact the delivery service, but no one has replied. I even tried calling the phone number that is in the website but nothing.

There are so many stationary items and at really affordable prices. I have just put my second order in as I loved my first order. Delivery was approx. just over a week to the UK. Well packaged even though the box its self was a little damaged, but the contents were perfect. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find some freebies. I highly recommend this stationary shop.

Everything well packaged and in perfect condition. Along with pens, got an adorable little teeny weeny teddy bear, about 3 inches. Just to fit in the palm of my hand! Colorful packaging, everything perfect! Will order again, for sure!!
