Couldn't believe how honest and ethical this company is. I made a mistake and they went above and beyond to make it right. Kind and empathetic people. Thank you guys so much.

I was really impressed by how quickly they responded and how genuinely friendly they were. I expect processes like this to be a hassle, and was so pleasantly surprised!

I am new to this Company when I registered for two cars. They debited my account 2/07_ $93- $31. They sent a message stating they needed State inspection. I thanked them and said I would drive to the Tax Office after review (an easy drive from the inspection station). They credited my account $31_ 2/08, but not the $93. I tried to call them, but they do not accept phone calls_ only to email.

Previous times I have found this lack of conversation is due to an offshore business_ not paying our taxes, and they are not required to comply with US Laws. We are putting our US Businesses at an unfair disadvantage.

Finally, 2-22 they refunded $88 of the $93. Stating $4.75 was for a processing fee. There was not anything to process.

I have no idea about this business or its relationship with the State of Texas. I give them a poor review, and I would guess the 12 who gave positive reviews are their employees.

Proceed with caution.

I sincerely appreciate the support this organization has for Veterans. Small gestures and mindful consideration go a long way in helping the veteran feel seen after service and I appreciate it. Keep up the good work!

Excellent and quick service. If you have a question they say they often times will get back to you in under five minutes. They weren’t kidding they got back to me in about 3 minutes. They answered all my questions and are extremely polite. Going to use them for my other vehicle and for many years to come.

this was a very quick and easy way to renew your registration instead of waiting in line at the DMV, Friday evening i went online to renew and was told via email that i had not passed emmissions, so i go up early saturday morning, i then submitted the results and within 10 min it was good to go. I will never go back to the old way again.

We had a lost receipt, from over four months ago, that we urgently needed for audit reasons. I emailed the support inbox with minimal information (didnt even have the transaction ID!) and within just a few minutes I had a detailed receipt. I am beyond thankful to them. I cant believe they were able to find the receipt so quickly with such little information! And their response was so fast! Again, I cant say how grateful I am. Thank you guys SOOO much!!!

I requested a vehicle registration through stateregistration.org and realized that they would not be able to process my request prior to my registration being lapsed. I requested an expedited processing but they were unable to do so. They offered me a refund for the cost of registration... I repeat, "THEY offered ME a refund for the cost of registration." They are in my experience completely reputable and do what they claim to do. They offer very good and timely customer service which is why there is a fee included in the service.
Overall excellent customer support and service for a reasonable fee.

Quick response to my registration renewal. I had not selected appropriate category. Had kind and personal emails with rep. Very impressed! Felt like I dealt with a human!

This agency made it so easy to renew my Utah registration. After such a hellish month and missing registration by 1 day, they were able to 1) change my address and 2) renew my car. They are amazing and hassle free.

This service is way above average. I sent an email at 6am and got a response in minutes. I was flabbergasted. State Registration sounds very bureaucratic but surpisingly it is very human and very friendly.

When I used this website I didn’t know my parents already registered my vehicle. I contacted them and they refunded me my money within minutes. Although I didn’t use this websites service I was very pleased with how good the customer service is
