There was a small problem with the delivery company. Communication with the seller was excellent. They sort the problem fast. Concerning the bike - I really like it; good quality, gears shift well and 5 assist levels , looks even better in reality! Assembly was pretty standard, tools were provided but not the pump. It took me around 35 min to assemble but I am a bit slow on these things, so I guess others would do it faster. So far I only managed to do some short trips due to the weather conditions as it's November, but the bike works perfectly. I will do a few longer distance trips once I get a day off.
I'm using it mostly on bike paths and roads and so far I managed to get on every hill I tried to get onto with absolute ease. I live in an area where it's always up or down the hill. Hence the ebike lol.
Looks like the battery lasts for around 55-60km so it's quite good, considering I do use level 5 assistance from time to time. What else ? Battery hidden in the frame is very well protected.
Overall, a really great purchase .
