Crate arrived as described and in the time period. It was really easy to put up and collapse. We only use it once or twice a week for a puppy sleepover and it seems fine for our purpose.

The dog crates are very well made and would definitely recommend them to anyone. There was a slight delay in delivery but was sorted quickly. Definitely 5 stars

Shipping was so quick! Really high quality play pen. Strong and secure. Can’t ask for anymore.

I have removed 2 * because their website states that if the order is received by 4pm its despatched the same day. It wasn't and the two days of calling when no one answered and a couple of emails also went nowhere. Eventually on the 3rd day I got an apologetic email and the crate was despatched via DPD, arriving the next day. I have no idea if that is the normal delivery route but if it is then thats excellent but they need to have better communications with their customers to manage expectation.
The crate itself was not quite as substantial as I had imagined from the photos but nevertheless was idiot proof to erect in literally a minute. Id advise being careful with the plastic base which can split around the corners, ours did but once inside the crate no further damage is likely to occur. The opening under the door is quite high for some smaller puppies, who would have difficulty getting out, having said that mine was able to climb out on her own after a week - depends how determined they are! I would also say that its a good crate for smaller breeds but not sure about larger more boisterous breeds. The crate is slightly larger for the money than other crates so good value and large enough to have half for vet bed and half puppy pads. It also has two locks on the single door (another door on the end would have been useful) On the whole, all in all Id recommend as its easy to set up and dismantle and light to be stored if you keep the packing box. I used plastic ties to secure it to a crate of the same depth at the end which also works well.
