I rate the company high!
10dollarmall is prompt to make transactions with. I will recommend the company to anyone. The bad experience that I have with them is that they are not accessible on phone and email.. I stayed on line for more than 3 hours to cancel an order made on a weekend within 5 hours. I left my phone number for a return call and also email them. No one responded or contacted me. They shipped the materials without explanation. I advice that the company must provide valid means of communication. Other than that the company is great.

100% HONEST REVIEW
To be honest, the pictures on the website are pretty close to the actual item in reality. I have wide feet so I was quite skeptical on the sizing for the shoes. I bought 3 pairs which was the black booties and two similar styled brown and burgundy low boots with heels. At first, I really liked them when i ordered them but as they were shipped to me, I wasn't feeling it. It was those type of feelings you get when you really liked it at first sight but once you put it on it wasn't as satisfying as it felt before. That's just how I felt, in my opinion. Other than that, their shipping took 2 weeks or so. It's not that bad compare to other online stores. The packaging was throw inside a bjg plastic grey bag. Also, their refund options are quite resonable but it sucks how you have to pay your own shipping free. Basically, that's wasting more money and a waste of time. Sadly, it's not like forever21 or Charlotte Russe, where they have an online store and an actual store so refunding is quite easier. ONE MAJOR ADVICE I would like to give to 10dollarmall.com is to take pictures with the shoes on. I think that it would benefit both customers and the store. If customers saw how the actual shoes looked like, I believe that they would buy it because they know how fitting it is. Most people don't purchase shoes online due to the lack of photos especially photos that shows people wearing the items.

Sweatpants size XL are probably really a size medium at best. Way too small, Unwearable and will cost more to return than they are worth. Complete waste of money.
