I just want to say a huge thank you to It Starts with Ovum for creating such a well-thought-out supplement. It has everything you need in one, including CoQ10—which is often a pricey additional supplement on its own—making it so much easier and more affordable to support egg health. It really helped put my mind at ease knowing I was doing everything I could.

Also, I really appreciate that their pregnancy tests come in packs of four. When you’ve been trying for a while or are pregnant again after a loss, you’re definitely not just taking one test, and the cost of constantly buying multiple packs adds up quickly. It’s such a thoughtful and supportive approach that really acknowledges the reality of this journey. Thank you for making things just a little bit easier! 💛

I started taking Ovum last year and just 4 months later fell pregnant. I’m 20 weeks pregnant now, with an apparently healthy baby. Prior to this we were trying for 3 years, had 2 miscarriages and failed IVF, so I would highly recommend trying these tablets if you’re struggling to conceive. They seem to have worked better than anything else we’ve tried.

I have being taking ovum for 2 months now and I have always struggled with hormonal acne , have paid etc for every treatment you can think of and these are the only medications that have worked. I feel great on them. I have a history of recurrent miscarriages and I’m hoping when I try next these supplements will be the difference as I haven’t looked this good or felt this healthy in a long time . They definitely balance hormones. I have no history of pcos etc all tested all unexplained with me but these supplements have made me feel positive re the future as I finally feel balanced, highly recommend

I wanted the best chances to conceive, achieve my dream of motherhood so decided to try out ovum myself after reading reviews of it. What a mistake! After just 1 month on ovum my period suddenly stopped and instead I suffered horrendous pain like I never experienced on the day my period was supposed to start. I couldn’t function at all for 2/3 days but there was no bleeding just cramps. Medical investigation couldn’t find a reason for it all. Even when I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 3 years earlier, my periods wasn’t impacted, I bled with a bit of cramps on the first day as normal so the doctor was stumped. I am very suspicious of all the positive reviews on here because if it’s too good to be true, then it isn’t. I stopped using ovum 2years ago and my menstrual cycle is gradually getting back to normal. 2 years wasted that I can’t get back!

Not sure if these tablets are the reason why, or if it os a coincidence but we have experienced a few miscarriages the past year and a half, I found out i was going through early perimenopause, due to having a very low egg count for my age. We thought all hope was lost as we wouldn't be able to have ivf. I started taking these and,here I am pregnant. So far so good.

After a miscarriage last year, and failing to get pregnant quickly afterwards, I decided to take more control of my reproductive health and very quickly came across Ovum. I was so impressed with the research into the product, and how it stood out from the crowd that I immediately placed my order. I’m delighted that just 2 months in I have now conceived again, and I have no doubt Ovum played a huge part in that. I had to return an unopened jar in favour of pregnancy supplements (which if Ovum offered, I would 100% use) and had such lovely correspondence from the company, I do not have a single bad word to say!

Life changing!
Having suffered from PCOS for years and irregular periods I have been taking OVUM for the past 3 months and I have had two periods in that time which is brilliant as I was only having a period around every 2-3 months prior.

Now I know technically they are fertility supplements which I am also taking them for but I'm more than happy with them just regulating my cycles. I've tried many supplements over the years and nothing has worked apart from OVUM. The quality of these is top class.

As a scientist going through IVF I was amazed at how many companies did not have good evidence-based products and took advantage of people going through a very stressful time in their life. Ovum was one that has a clear scientific and data driven approach which rolls all of the supplements you need into one. Even more so, I had a scientific question about interactions with other supplements and the team got back to me quickly with a great depth of knowledge and consideration. The supplements themselves have been great, i have been taking them for a month and hope to see benefit in our next round of IVF!

Used all 8 pregnancy tests that I brought online and they were all positive with faint lines. I took a first response pregnant test and it was negative then I got my period 2 days later. Very disappointing to have thought I was pregnant and I wasn’t.

I wrote a review about ovum not so long back saying how amazing I have felt since taking Ovum. I had been diagnosed with a large endometrioma cyst on my ovary that was giving me horrendous symptoms for months but since take ovum vitamins the symptoms had stopped. I am very pleased to say I have just found out that I am pregnant so yes I would highly recommend OVUM to anyone trying to conceive I cannot rate them highly enough

Having carried out research online for the best fertility supplements there is no doubt OVUM is a superior product, The team have clearly carefully selected the formula with a great deal of care and research for ladies TTC, even market leading brands do not have the correct dose in my opinion. I have an upcoming egg freeze and feel optimistic I am giving myself the best chance for a good outcome having opted for OVUM, thanks to the team for developing this great product!

Fantastic supplement! I consulted with a functional health specialist who recommended Ovum and I'm so happy she did. It's so much better than any of the other supplements I've tried - high quality ingredients and the right ingredients.
I'm noticing small positive changes and looking forward to what results might be in a few months.

I have been taking ovum for 3 months following my 5th pregnancy loss. Since coming off contraception almost 2 years ago I have had long, irregular cycles ranging from 36-52 days. Ovum has transformed my cycle and my last cycle has come down to 29 days and I’ve been ovulating at the right time - not too early and not too late. Thank you Ovum your product is amazing, I will be telling everyone about you!

I have been taking ovum for a few months now and can’t recommended them enough. The team are so helpful if you need any help or advice. Not only that I won one of there comps on instagram!!! An extremely generous company and I want be using anything but ovum. Lastly the pregnancy tests are really good too and fab value for a box of 4 x

I started taking these tablets after my first ivf cycle produced very poor embryos. I took these for two months and completed a second round of IVF which produced two good embryos but unfortunately they failed to implant. I will be commencing my third round of IVF soon and have took these for over a year so hope to see good results and hopefully a pregnancy. My AMH levels where between 2 and 3 before starting these I was tested last week and they have increased to 6 so they are definitely helping me.

Great customer service, took Ovum for about 3 months and fell pregnant, can’t say for sure it was the supplements but they certainly helped!
