Disappointing
The stone wasn’t the right stone and it was really disappointing because the stone looked like it had black threads in it. They also charge you if you open the seal on the certificate of authenticity.

Ring has not arrived
I purchased the Libra ring on 8/5/25 but still have not received it. Customer service was helpful and explained the moonstone had not been shipped from Brazil yet. They even gave me another ring as a gift but I am disappointed I still don’t have the ring I ordered.

I like the earrings but i was double billed with the 10% discount on the second charge. when i told them i was double billed, they credited back the discounted charge and left the other one. so i lost the discount that i was supposed to get.

Poor Workmanship
My original order was missing an item, then I was sent the wrong item, and had to wait almost 3 months for the right one to arrive. 2 stars because customer service was very nice, and did eventually get it here. But the quality of the earrings are poor, and not worth their cost. I can bend the metal easily in all of them with my finger. I will keep them because they’re cute enough and not worth the hassle of sending back, but I won’t buy from them again.
