Poor

I emailed them a week ago asking for some information and still haven’t received any response. I’m glad I didn’t purchase anything, because this lack of communication has completely destroyed my trust in the company. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how difficult it could be to get help after making a purchase. Based on my experience, do not buy anything from this company. Be very careful. Very disappointing customer service.
