Didnt receive the refund
Didnt receive the refund. Its said to be "refunded" but no, not refund received. My credit card still have it as "paid", nothing about any refund. Yes, i did wait up to 10 days, hell, i did wait for almost 20 days.

Unresponsive support
When I bought the account it was delivered to me pretty fast which I really respected but when I tried logging onto the account I was immediately met with a login error. I contacted support multiple times just for no response. I had to write a review on their page for anything with my order to change. I don't know if I will be refunded or not since my order says "$0.00" now instead of "refund" and I got no email about the change I just happened to notice it on my own. I will update if i receive a refund or email back however I do not see that happening. It's a shame because I saw so many good reviews on their website and was really excited just to be experiencing this but oh well.

Didn't work but refunded
The account given to me was locked behind an inaccessible email. I believe that this was an accident as I was quickly refunded but I was still disappointed to not receive a functioning account.
