Canceled concert, no refund received
I purchased tickets for the Camila Cabello concert on 1/4/25 for a total amount of 418€. The concert was later canceled.
According to the company’s own communication, refunds were supposed to be processed 2 weeks after the end on the 2025 season. However, months later, I have not received any refund, and multiple attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A canceled event should result in an automatic and timely refund, especially after clear promises were made to customers.
At this point, I am still waiting for my money with no explanation or response. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets through this company, as the after-sales support and refund handling have been very poor.
I hope this issue is resolved soon.
