no more than a scam
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel other buyers deserve to be warned before wasting their time and money here.
I placed my order, paid in full immediately, and then heard absolutely nothing afterward. Days turned into weeks with no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no updates of any kind. At first I tried to be patient because delays can happen, but the real issue was the complete lack of communication and professionalism from the seller.
I contacted them multiple times through every possible channel they provide — their website contact form, direct email, and even WhatsApp. Every single message was ignored. No response, no explanation, no apology, nothing. It honestly felt like once they received the payment, they completely disappeared. A legitimate business should at the very least communicate with customers, especially when orders are delayed, but this seller showed zero respect or responsibility.
After more than a month of waiting with no shipment and no replies, I finally had no choice but to contact PayPal support and open a dispute to recover my money. Thankfully PayPal stepped in and helped me get a refund, because otherwise I genuinely believe I would have lost my money completely.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The seller is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy in my experience. If you value your money, your time, and basic customer service, I strongly recommend staying away from this store. I would never purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
