Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I purchased the domain transfer for $15.49 USD but soon realized afterwards that my domain still has 1 year subscription at another registrar so I asked for a refund and cancel order so I can reorder at a later date. They refused to cancel and refund me saying the transfer is already in progress despite I can still see the domain belong to the other registrar and the transfer isn't finished yet. When I transferred a domain from GoDaddy to HostGator before the process was immediate and the domain quickly showed up in the new CPanel so I know the transfer can still be cancelled but Silviu continuously refused to cancel until I open a dispute via Paypal and they finally agreed to refund but left the message "Hi, honestly I don't understand your point but I will issue the refund. Kind regards, Silviu"
