10+ years on excellent service

I have been using Stargreen as a prefered ticket agent for live music gigs for more than 10 years and they have always been excellent. I've never had an issue with their service, and if I were to have one it's great to know that i could physically visit them at their office in Oxford Street. Highly recommended.

Provide poor information on issues. Almost missed tickets.

Ordered tickets online a couple of months before a concert. Paid for, done.

They emailed me the confirmation that tickets would be in NO LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. One week before the concert they email me that the tickets were delayed and were now on their way via post (I paid for Priority mail delivery).

2 days before the concert, still no tickets. I call them. They tell me the delivery address was different from the card and they blamed my bank. But the payment went through and my order had the same address on shipping and billing.

They didn't tell me the tickets were held at the office. I had to call them to find out! Poor service and nonsense reasons.

Friendly staff in the box office though.

Bad service.

So bad, I choice the delivery option and never received my tickets. Funny because also they said "we let you know when we are going to dispatch the tickets" and never happened! I call to the contact number and the person in the other side was really rude (and also I was, because the answer was so unacceptable) and don't give me any solution. Now, I payed for tickets I don't have and also pay for delivery services that never works. In fact, I don't have tickets for that day, funny I lost £88 pounds and nobody give me a answer. Customer services very poor.

The best ticket agency in London with the friendliest staff

Been using this ticket agency for years and they've always offered the cheapest prices for tickets. There have been a couple of times where I've booked tickets in error and they've always cancelled them for me there and then; other ticket agencies are reluctant to do so unless you've paid extra for their insurance scheme.
There have also been times where the agency has had tickets that have sold out everywhere else :)

So glad they exist.
