They replaced a piece of glazing in a front door no quibbles, nice and quick too. Also sent out a remake of a frame for a back door when we had an issue with adjustments - both interventions were great, and we'd order again from this company

The delivery turned up exactly on time within 2 weeks of ordering. My wife and I installed the door and side light windows ourselves as we are tradespeople and we were delighted with the build and finish quality. They were also very easy to install. I would recommend this company 100%.
