Great customer care, prompt service and amazing prices.
I placed my order (Bahco tools) at the Finnish StarCart who placed the order at the Danish Proshop who sent it to me in Sweden.
The 9th Feb the order was placed and shortly after that an order confirmation was received from StarCart and then within minutes from Proshop (forwarded by StarCart).
The 10th Feb a receipt/invoice was received from Proshop (forwarded by StarCart) and shortly after that information about the tracking number and that the package was being prepared.
The 11th Feb information was received from StarCart that the package was on the way.
The 12th Feb information was received from StarCart that the package was ready to be picked-up.
Everything worked out very well and I am certainly satisfied with this order - the first one from StarCart!
(The price difference was ~6.7%=~118SEK in my case).
Repeat customer here. I’ve ordered dog food several times. The process is always very smooth and not once have I had any issues with orders. Will keep buying in the future.
I made an order 8 days ago but still haven’t received any confirmation from the company that is suppose to deliver my product from Starcart. I sent an email to Starcart asking about it several days ago but still haven’t received any response. I’m glad that I chose to pay by invoice.

The company is registered in Finland. However, it is not the final seller of the product. In my case, the price was €15 lower than a seller based in Finland (for a total product cost of around €400). Is saving €15 worth not knowing how to handle potential product issues or whom to contact for warranty cases?
I also find this arrangement unclear—could the warranty obligations differ from those mandated by Finnish law in this case? Moreover, the initial delivery time was stated as 8 days, but the delivery was not completed within this period. The product arrived later, with the delivery taking 9 days in total. The normal delivery time in Finland is 1–3 days. Is saving €15 worth this delay?
On the last day, I tried contacting the support team at starcart.com. They have no phone numbers available for contact. There are no contact details on Google Maps either (and there’s no option to leave a review on Maps—doesn’t that tell you something?). As a result, the only way to communicate with the company is via email. In my case, I received a response three days later, by which time I had already received the product. Is saving €15 worth this inconvenience? Decide for yourself.
Considering all these difficulties, I would prefer another company.

Found the site by random. Saw that I can order cheaper from here and with finance so I get the item first and pay after I got it. Item arrived and so did the bill, everything ok and I saved money. I ordered a computer psu.
Super smooth process throughout!
Found the needed product with one search, price was cheaper than what other websites offered and the actual purchase went smoothly providing several payment methods. Right after ordering I received an informative email from Starcart explaining the process and their role in it. I also received all the emails from the actual seller regarding the delivery etc. A few days later the product arrived. All in all - quick & easy purchase, definitely using it again!
Everything worked as it was described before making the purchase.
I ordered, received confirmation from the seller and intermediary (starcart), got a tracking code for the delivery, got updates and eventually received the package.
The contents were unharmed in transit and matched those in my order, so all good.
After this I checked that the invoice from seller was paid (by starcart, not me), so I paid the intermediary's invoice.
This was a new experience using the intermediary, so I was quite cautious - however, possibility to pay after receiving the goods encouraged me to submit and order.

Ordered a cheap smartphone via Starcart with the 20€ discount. I had my doubts so opted for an invoice payment(nice option) rather than a credit card payment. I was very pleased with the swift order process, the price of the item + free shipping and the speed of delivery. To my surprise the invoice due date was a very generous 30 days from the order date! Invoice paid off the day i received the goods. No complaints whatsoever regarding this order via Starcart.
I placed an order for an electric toothbrush from Starcart via Hobby Hall and everything went super smoothly. Delivery was quick and I got it for 20€ less than through any other site. I'll definitely use this site again!

Terrible. This webshop sells product they can not deliver and they take customer's money and keep them for two weeks before deliverer informs that there is no product on sale. Totally un-reliable web shop. I do not recommend this one. Finland web-shop:

Bad customer service. Lists products that sellers have "in stock" even though they dont have. Even though asked from their customer service they dont even try to get stuff moving and if you want cancel your order you need to do it by yourself to the seller.
In the nutshell does not add any value on buying.
