I would not recommend dealing with this company who have no address or complaints procedure in the UK.

I ordered from their website and paid through Paypal. I got a confirmation of the order from Staples (The Banner Group) but later the website popped up again on my computer showing my order, online, for a completely different price. I telephoned their customer service to ask what this meant and they confirmed the original order and price. Later they sent an email saying that the order had not gone through their system and they had arranged for a refund to Paypal and that I would have to start again if I still wanted the goods. I am still awaiting the refund, and despite frequent assurances that it was coming, it has never appeared because, I have been told, their 'system keeps failing'.

Regardless of the response below, Paypal state that Staples have not cancelled the order. This is what Paypal say today:
"If we had an option to cancel the payment, I would have done this right away for you.
Since this can be cancelled only on seller's side, I would request you to please contact them to cancel this Pamela."
Contacting them means talking only to Customer Services on the phone or by email. They have no address, no complaints procedure (which I have asked for several times).

Still waiting

Currently, I have not received the order. I have had several updates advising me that there has been a supply issue. Each time I had the choice to cancel the order but I decided not to, in the hope that the order is fulfilled by the next date they have given.

'Sold' but not available

Ordered 25/5 - apparently in stock; then told stock due 10/6.
On 10/6 told not until 10/7.
Suggest don't advertise what you haven't got.

no customer service atr all

Not only that it took them 10 days for deliver of 48 Still glass bottles, the driver broke one and left the glass at the entrance and even diont bother to clean it up
