Seems sturdy. My other Box File, however, has a removable tray for pens, etc. over the files. It does not lock but does have space to fit a small padlock. It also has a recessed handle and overall seems to be a better design than this plain black box.
the size is incorrectly advertised, Tinny flimsy construction
Excellent item plenty of room
Great for filing important documents.
Very heavy item
