Had my eye exam with Dr. Parsons and picked out my glasses the same visit. Staff was friendly, everything moved quick, and I walked out seeing 20/20. Really happy with the experience — highly recommend this location.

I did the tele-doc first and felt like it was an inaccurate exam. I discussed that with the team working that day and they set me up with an appointment with the actual physically there doctor. She was super pleasant and very informative. She explained every aspect of the exam. As a medical professional in my field of practice for more than 20 years, now - I learned about aspects of eyes and vision that I was never educated on. I have worn glasses and contacts for over 3 decades...and just now heard new information. I greatly appreciated all their time and very specific education and plan of care tailored to me.

Staff was very helpful and polite.
I felt rushed when I went to pick up my glasses. He handed me the glasses and didn't ask if they felt good of asked if they needed adjustments. Lacked personal experience, felt like I was a problem to wait on / help.

Felt rushed never saw a doctor never was ever told about how the deal options go. Or never got fitted for the glasses just picked and told be ready next day not happy with the service either
