First time with glasses, let alone progressive and the tech didn’t sit down with me to help me out. Just gave me my glasses and that’s it.

Greatest Service I have ever received
How it was helped at the desk and the exam went well . I feel like they should allow Medicaid to cover everything though because the total came out to $195. The glasses are good except they slips down my nose when I bend down or lean over.

Three suggestions:
Three suggestions:
1-On the form given to patients, make the print darker. Light grey was difficult to read and itmes over skipped when filling it out. We're there to be able to see better and this makes a new patient struggle to read.
2-Explain to new patients or returning patients what is going to take place. I was left in the wind as to what was coming next and why.
3-Have someone at the front desk to greet folks as they come in so we're not left wandering to locate someone to ask where we need to go for service.

Wait time was ok. There was no greeting. No one acknowledged me at first. Once I was assisted the visit went quickly. The gentleman that assisted with my purchase, Dakota, was very nice, listened to me, and was very professional. The young lady who assisted with the pickup and fitting was also extremely friendly.

The guy there I forgot his name but he was rude to me .He was a Caucasian man hair cut short and he wears glasses and have on a white coat a little on the thicker side . When I would ask him questions he was very sarcastic with me in regards to the info I was receiving that he gave me in regards to pressure behind my eyes and all I asked was what were the levels bc at first he said everything was fine and that I just had stigmatism and I said okay then after I guess I picked the wrong kind of glasses bc I was only pointed to a certain section and was just told to look at the chart didn’t explain it well to me . So the section I was brought to was for the high end glasses . So I said are there any glasses within the price range he states yes sure they are and point to the men section I said well where is that over in the women section and he said you would just have to look then proceed to tell me the one marked Blue are the cheapest . So I said okay can I look ? He replies sure didn’t walk and assist me or anything . it was like he didn’t want to deal with me . He didn’t use my insurance that I had on file stating to just asked them to reimburse me the pricing of the glasses that I paid for out of pocket . So then after sitting there he was mumbling to me I said sir I cannot hear you can you speak louder so I can understand you then he goes I’m just gonna forget about your insurance and just do your special I guess it was 2 glasses for 79 and I said okay . Never mentioned to me about a sale untill after I told him that was to high for me for glasses and my insurance should have covered most it . On you guys window it says 2for 79 and a free eye exam . When they did my exam they asked if I wanted to do this high end one that was 39 dollars I stated no thank you and I proceed to ask will the others be covered by my insurance they lady told me yes just not this one . I have MetLife insurance. If a special was going on why not offer that to me when I first came in ? Why over charge me and then wait to the last minute to tell me and then don’t use my insurance bc he didn’t want to have to do it over again ? Doesn’t make sense wouldn’t my insurance cover the special you guys had going on ? When I was asking about more info in regards to the pressure behind my eyes and wanted to know the levels because he said it’s something I should keep an eye on bc it was higher than normal he stated I’m no doctor and if it was a major concern they would have stopped and sent you to the hospital. I said sir I’m just asking my levels so that I can tell my doctor when I make an appointment that’s all . He wasn’t a good person to me at all . I said well you brought something to my attention and I just wanted more info about it bc it was worrying me . I just didn’t have a good service the woman were nice but he wasn’t rude . And when I came in the next day he just placed the glasses on the table and was quiet so I stood there for few minutes and he was like you can try them on if you’d like I said okay tried them on quiet again I said well is that all that I have to do . His response yes I said okay thank you and started walking away then he says have a good day I said you too. He just wasn’t professional about it it any kind of way
