Still haven't received my eyeglasses…
Still haven't received my eyeglasses after 3 weeks. They don't provide USPS tracking numbers and require customers to constantly called their automated phonecall system for delivery updates.
They need to be upfront with how long it takes eyeglasses to be made/delivered and provide better delivery tracking.

When I went in to get my glasses I was…
When I went in to get my glasses I was quoted a specific price I made the payment before I left. After I had not heard from Stanton Optical for a few weeks, I called to get an update on when my order would be ready. At that time I was told that I had a balance due. When I informed the representative that I had paid already , I was told that the promotion used for my order had expired by the time Stanton Optical placed the order for my glasses. I am truly baffled as to how this happened. I had to pay an extra $276 thatI had nothing to do with. Rest assured I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND I DEFINITELY WON'T BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THAT FRAUDULENT COMPANY .
