I had two/3 kids w me and 1 hadn’t had her nap yet and was cranky they accompanied me w. Crayons and kindness.

Everyone was super nice and my glasses were done in a timely manner

Place was great I got in and out and had glasses with in a week best place to get glasses cheap

Great customer service. The eye examination by television was different, but okay. I did have little trouble understanding all his questions because of thar, but my glasses came in a week later, and seem okay. I have 30 days to be sure, so I'm using both pair alternate days to be sure.

Leanna has helped us from choosing glasses and ordering to picking them up. I couldn't have asked for better service, she's been great!

I will never go back to Stanton Optical in Sherman Texas nor will I ever recommend anyone to do business with them. Jan 10th I received a text message letting me know my new frames were in. I went there and a female associate took my old frame with the lens and compared them to the new frames to make sure they were the same . She went to a back room and stayed about 20 minutes trying to mount my lens into the new frames. When she returned she apologized for taking so long citing she had trouble with the screw. And by the way she said I had a crack in my lens. I assured her there were no cracks in my lens when I gave them to her. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they would be back on Monday. By the way the crack was exactly next to the screw she admitted having trouble with. On Monday I returned and spoke a black male and explained to him I didn’t have any cracks in my lens when I gave them to her. His response was throwing his hands up and saying I can’t help you because she said she didn’t do it. And I wasn’t there. I told him this is BS…Being upset at that point is a understatement. I bought my original glasses from there paid $900 for 2 pair… and only took them back because the arm on the frame was broken . Not my lens!!! The service is a joke and useless. Totally BS

All the staff were friendly . Very helpful and went above and beyond on customer service. They all had great attitudes.

Staff was great. We really enjoyed both staff members who were in when we came in to get tested. Both were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Made the whole experience enjoyable.

DO NOT go to Stanton Optical! It is a joke. My husband went in for an eye exam and it was a virtual exam..ridiculous! Then he picked out his glasses and waited for several minutes only to be called back to do another exam (which again was virtual)to, “get him as close to 20/20 as they could”. The doctor then told him he needed to go have a physical/in person doctor exam. He was there for over 2 hours, charged for the exam, but still has no glasses. RIP OFF!!!

So I’m assuming we are not going to receive a response? Apparently this is typical of how Stanton Optical does business. I can assure you that I will make sure the public knows what to except before choosing Stanton Optical.

Went to the location in Sherman, the staff was actually great and helpful, but I didn't know until just before my exam that I wouldn't be examined by an actual Dr. in person. I'm more mad at myself for not leaving when I found that out. I kept telling the technician that everything looked blurry, that none of the adjustments made were better. I know my distance vision has gotten worse, otherwise I would just carry on with my current glasses, but when I got my prescription it was weaker than what I currently wear and the numbers for my astigmatism are way different. Since I used my insurance I now have to wait until next year for another exam elsewhere, or pay out of pocket.
