It was a great experience
It was a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everything was explained very well to me about how things worked. The place was bright, well organized, and very clean.
The Manager took care of me, did all the eye tests, helped me with picking out frames asked me many questions to make sure I had everything I needed for my eyeglasses so I would be able to see well.
She asked me questions about my insurance to make sure I got all the discounts that Stanton offered, which save me quite a bit of money. When were finished she gave me one of her cards and said to call at any time if I had any questions and gave me the date that my glasses would be ready to pick up.
I was notified with a text and email when my glasses were ready to pick up. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door by the employee that was on duty when I went to pick up my glasses. She had me try them on. They were a perfect fit, and I could see bright and clear. I could tell a big difference from my old glasses.
It was a great experience. I am very happy with the eyeglasses that I purchased and will go back again when I need a new pair.

Poorest service imaginable.
Poorest, eyewear company I have ever dealt with. Finished product was shipped to a branch in a different state, but they called me to come pick up glasses, of course the local franchise, had no idea what I was talking about. I showed the girl behind the counter the message from Stanton, saying to pick up glasses. Finally figured out what was going on, the shipped them UPS. But not overnight or anything just like regular mail. long story short, what should have been a week wait on eyewear, has turned into 21/2-3 week wait. Would not recommend to anybody.
