I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience at Stanton Optical on 151, and a HUGE part of that is because of Elida. She was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish.
She was kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I had questions about my prescription and what everything actually meant, and instead of making me feel rushed or confused, she took her time explaining it to me in a way that actually made sense. She made sure I understood what I needed, what my options were, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her with questions.
What really stood out was how genuine she was. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus someone who actually cares about the person standing in front of them, and Elida genuinely cares. She listened, helped me through the process, and made what could have easily been a stressful or confusing appointment feel simple and easy.
Honestly, employees like Elida are the reason people come back to a business. Her customer service was TOP TIER. She is exactly the type of person you want representing your company because she made the entire experience feel personal instead of transactional.
Stanton Optical, PLEASE recognize this woman because she deserves it. Give her a raise, a bonus, Employee of the Month, a promotion—SOMETHING 😂 because y’all have an absolute gem working there. If every customer was treated the way Elida treated me, you’d have customers for life.
10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend this location, and if you go, ask for Elida. She is phenomenal!

The staff were very helpful
The staff was very helpful in explaining the difference in options between the standard and premium types. It was also very fast and didn't take that long with the entire check up. Overall it felt very welcoming and very organized place to go to.
