My frames were less than a year old and a screw was broke. The female employee told me I had to buy new frames which upset me tremendously. They were less than 1 year old. I left very pissed, and went back in to get my prescription so I could go somewhere and was told by Alex I would have to pay 20%, but I was already mad. Ultimately, my roommate got me new frames at Stanton. ASK about warranty or replacement plan if you use this company. Not sure I will go back.

I paid for a eye exam and contacts for myself and glasses and a exam for my daughter. I was appalled there is no doctor there. It was a virtual doctor that was recorded and it played the exact same video to my daughter and then to me. Nothing noting information about the test results or the recommendations for prescription Eyewear. I was told the order would be in 12-2-25. I got a text my order arrived and I arrived at the Stanton optical of San Angelo Tx just to learn I only got a pair of glasses not the contacts or the glasses for my daughter. The glasses I received were the wrong prescription and the glasses gave me a severe headache and eye strain. The associate was very rude and would take over me as I tried to explain the glasses prescription was not correct as I couldn't see with them on. I asked for my my money back and they would not refund my money. Finally they did give me a receipt of a refund minus the exam but I have not seen the refund un my bank account. The eye exam they will not refund me even though the prescription or the exam results were incorrect and I cannot believe they expect me to pay for subpar services and service that was not fully fulfilled. I will not recommend them to anyone. Beware of this location in San Angelo Tx because they will deceive you and cheat you of your money.
