No improvement in service at all
This is the second time I have gotten glasses from you and the second time I haven’t gotten them when told they would be ready I do not have a special prescription and see no excuse for always having to wait 2 weeks or longer for my glasses you always say you have improved but you haven’t selection for the offers has gone down hill as well I don’t believe I will return.

I came pick up my new glasses and they just had me to sign book and they said that's it's by I didn't get to try my glasses on to see if they need adjustable or if I could see good I got nothing but here and you can go I didn't get my bifocal in my new glasses either I want be back hear

Very helpful over the phone
We were able to start the process on the phone and send a dr perscription by email. Coming into the store was hard enough for a 89 yr old mom with a walker. Made the visit that much quicker. Everyone was real nice and helpful.
