the "free" exam wasn't free, you couldn't get me any deals because I had a high prescription then you said you had to refer me out to a real doctor but have me no referral or reason why I needed to go to some one else

I was told my order would be ready in…
I was told my order would be ready in 3-5 days. It took almost a month to get them. When i received my order it was wrong. 1 pair was suppose to be sunglasses i received them with standard clear lenses. When i addressed it the worker said well it wasnt ordered that way. I proceeded to tell him well thats what i ordered seems like it was put in wrong. The worker said well thats not our fault and i'm not fixing it. You can pay extra and i will fix it. I told him well that's what i ordered the money wasnt the issue the customer service was. I showed him my order on my phone and he said yea that's just the frame not the lenses i told him why would i pick sunglasses from the sunglass area if i didnt want the sunglasses. He said with a smart ass tone well you must've made a mistake then. I will not be coming back to Stanton Optical in Roswell ever again. Worse customer service, horrible salesmen. Exam workers were great though salesmen on the other hand shitty

There's no Dr. Prescription was wrong 2 times. I gave up. My daughters script was also wrong. This is a garbage place! Don't go here!

My first vist i was very impressed. It only took a week for my glasses came in. I went to pick them up and was very disappointed the person handed me my glasses I put them on and told her I couldn't see. I looked and the nose piece was bent wrong. I told her about it she said it would take a few days to adjust. I said the nose piece was bent she said oh you can fix that at home. Not happy.......

My order was supposed to arrive on 3/14/26 when I went to pick up my order they told me that they haven’t received it yet, and they didn’t give me any information about when I would receive my order when I asked they lady said her manager would reach out to me with further information and as of now I haven’t heard anything yet from anyone.
