I enjoyed the staff and the service was so good they explained to me where I can understand it after they explained to my mom and I love my glasses thank you so much

I was not informed that I was not going to see an actual doctor. I was not told my glasses would not be ready that same day until after I paid for them now that I have them they're too tight on my face and I think that the reading prescription for the bifocals is a little too strong and one eye it doesn't work at all

I went in for my appointment at the Rockford, IL store and I was treated terrible by the store manager Angel. I show up and first thing she tells me is that they don’t take insurance and would need to pay $79 upfront, I explain to her I have used Stanton optical before and I know that’s not true. I tell her I have VSP and they have accepted it before. She then tells me that they will take it but I will have to do all the work to submit my claim. I then pull up the website and read to her that’s not what the website says it says it’s out of network but you still take the benefit and help submit the claim on my behalf. Angel then starts yelling at me and telling me that I am an idiot and she doesn’t help people who don’t help themselves and canceled my appointment.

The staff was great and very good at their job.

The people there were very nice and made my experience go very well I will definitely be coming back to them in the future

Very helpful staff

We did a google search for same day glasses and found them. We looked at frames online and used the “virtual try on” feature which was awesome! When we got there it was a very clean facility, we were greeted right away by Victoria. She was super helpful and very friendly! We found the frames we tried on virtually, and another pair with their BOGO deal! She got everything figured out so fast and had them made within 30 minutes! We will definitely be back!

I picked the glasses that won't fit my eyes well. When brought it to their place, the managet Angel helped me choose the one that i needed. She is so easy to deal , knowledgeable and warm. She assisted me until everything was set. Old eye glasses returned and will be replaced soon

She was rude and I did not tell me all the
Financial parts of the exam. She knew my son had state insurance. Yet she waited until after the exam to tell me the high cost associated with my son visit. When asked why so high then that’s when she stated my insurance is not accepted there. I feel she should have said that from the start so I could make a dying I want to continue with the appointment. She trap me into a payment I never agreed too. It’s fraud and misleading!! I will never come back here

The people are amazing and im very satisfied with my glasses!

Needed new eye exam. Paid for contacts n glasses. Then went forcre check n nobequipment to do contact exam, then eye exam says no astigmatism,
And 10 days for replacement glasses I paid for.
People were agitated n condescending at this place. Not happy.
At this point I would not recommend Stanton.

Staff is very nice. I had a questions about contacts verses glasses. I was 100 % satisfied with the answers. I choose glasses hehe. One of the staff helped me pick out the frames. I love my new glasses! I Will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was so nice and explained everything so clearly. It was the first time in my life getting contacts and the lady was sooo helpful.

Came as a walk-in, outside of my own delays, service was quick and attentive. Had some help picking out a frame, took about a week and a half to be ready but I LOVEEE them!
