Associates were glad to greet me and help me. There was three of them in the store and two of them worked on getting all my insurance applied one associate help me pick up my frames. They were all engaged and I’m truly thankful I’ve worked with other Vision Center’s and you sit there and sit there. These three ladies were dynamite.

Excellent experience
Everything about this visit was perfect. Everybody was very kind and down to earth. The service was excellent and I received two pairs of eyeglasses on the same day and in record time! The cost was also very affordable AND unexpected. All in all, it was actually a great experience.

The Customer Service at the Rock Hill
The Customer Service at the Rock Hill, SC Cherry Rd location was the BEST!! I have Medicaid and they only want to pay for exam yearly but glasses every 2 years for adults, I went in got a full eye exam and walked out with 2 pairs of glasses. I was excited and don't have to worry about using Medicaid coverage for eye wear being I have received my glasses and exam already which I can keep doing yearly hope the 2 for 1 promotion stay at this location they are the best and it was very quick process to receive glasses the SAME DAY!!!!

My glasses took 2 months to get back…
My glasses took 2 months to get back and no one ever called me to provide me an update I always had to call to follow up. Although offered a 50% refund I do not think that was the best service. But I will have to say that on the day of my app they were very nice and welcoming. I just had to point that out because credit should be given where credit is due.
