I showed up just being a walk-in and the staff was very friendly And honest they said it could be a little while and I said I was fine with that. The eye exam was virtual other than not being able to understand the doctor very well. It went good when it was time to pick out my frames. They were very helpful as to which frames to pick out and they were pleasant to deal with. I will go back.

Doctors are non-personal. You can tell they are stuck in a cage with a camera doing their job virtually. Office personnel are great though.

Lenses are still not what they should be, nor is the vision, credit refunds weren’t accredited as they said they would be originally, there are actual multiple various reasonings why my experience was not very pleasant, the only outside was the courteous manager, female
