I asked for the form for my driver's…
I asked for the form for my driver's license and they told me they couldn't fill it out so I threatened to cancel my order and then I was told that they would do it. No one called me when my glasses arrived, I called to check on them and found out they had been ready for 3 days. When I picked up my glasses they did not check to see if they fit properly or actually did not say anything. I would not recommend to anyone.

THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH
I was refunded the eye exam after calling customer service.
Upon trying to contact store for the person i brought with me. I got the call center shuffle. had zero info and kept me on hold for 20 minutes without ever telling me anything.
PHILIPPINE CALL CENTERS AGGRAVATE CUSTOMERS AND COST MORE THAN WHAT YOU SAVE.
I could not reach the store.

They exceeded my expectations
They were efficient, helpful and professional. I had several issues and the solutions were things that I would not have thought of nor expected. Aurora was amazing and I have already referred family members to this branch.

Staff was nice and polite not an issue
Staff was nice and polite not an issue. Issue is,didn't get an explanation of my exam. When I asked why my vision changes I was given a bewildered look and an answer of hmmm. Was told to feel free to pick out glasses. It feels like a fast food drive through business. Won't be back.
