You can do better
The one on one was good, but after that everything went down hill. Worse of all the delivery took 3 weeks for my glasses to arrive.

What stood out immediately was how attentive and approachable the staff were from start to finish. Getting an eye exam can sometimes feel rushed or overly clinical, but that wasn’t the case here. The team took the time to explain each step clearly, answered questions without brushing them off, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
Their professionalism didn’t feel forced, it came across as genuine care. Even small things, like how they guided me through lens options and made sure I understood what would actually work for my lifestyle, made a difference. It didn’t feel like a sales push; it felt like they were trying to get it right.
Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and personal. That balance is hard to get right, but they handled it well.

They lost my glasses somehow and then when I called corporate to ask for a refund somebody reordered my glasses and they still took another month to arrive I understand I have a special prescription but The wait time was ridiculous, customer service seems to be good there but if you have glasses that are working are require a waiting you will be waiting a while

New Glasses
I think it was cool getting new glasses. And it seemed like any other glasses experience with getting glasses but digital. So that was nice. Im slightly confused about glasses for prescriptions vs a comprehensive exam. And I didn't know if those are the same thing and if it's costs more.
I'm very thankful and excited to go back again if I have any issues or I prefer a digitized experience. You first walk in and then do the usual tests with the machines. And what else , you then go and do the exam and wait for prescriptions then choose your glasses and a few hrs later your glasses are prepared.
They might include options of plastic vs a better material which shows they care about the quality. Yet you can always make the money back if you have a chance.
So I rate 5 stars because they offer 2 pairs for cheap and a priceless experience if im exaggerating. They seem patient and helpful.
