The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming but the doctor somehow completely messed up my prescription and now I’ve paid for a pair of glasses that I can’t see out of

Great staff very helpful

I found them to be very accurate and professional all around. The new technology system they have is great and the prices on frame and bifocal lenses are so affordable to my pocket compared to other places I’ve gone too. You can’t beat the price for seeing so much better…I recommend Stanton for your vision. I give them a 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Well they should ask you to see if they have the glasses you like for the two for $79 before you take the eye exam and find out that the 2479 doesn't have anything worthwhile of frames just horrible or they didn't fit or they're just the ugliest things you've ever seen so now you have to go into the it more expensive pair and when you do that you also have to pay for the lenses and after everything said and done they're hitting you for $500 or when I told them I couldn't afford the 500 I was only good for a couple hundred they said sorry if you don't buy glasses here today you always $89 for the eye exam $79 plus tax wonderful so now I go to America's Best glasses and they have frames that look much better on my face and that they actually fit and so now when I go there I bring the prescription for the $80 eye exam I just paid for and they tell me oh you don't need to show us that prescription cuz we're giving you a free eye exam so I walked out of America's Best glasses with everything I needed from the other place for $275 and not 550 and looks like I'm scammed out of 89 dollars at Stanton eye exam so much for the two pairs for 79 in the free eye exam I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody so I put it on Facebook and Google reviews the same story nothing's changed I feel scammed great job Stanton lost me in all my relatives and anybody else I know for the rest of your life great job very disappointed. Now I know next time I go somewhere to buy something look to see what they have to offer for frames before you take the eye exam and get stuck paying $80 I total I should have told them to call the cops and sue me in court I recommend don't go there I feel scammed . When I told them how I felt at the time when they tried to get me for $550 when it says 2 for $79 on the window they didn't try to negotiate lower the price on anything just told me that's what it is if you don't like it there's the door so go there at your own risk

I was able to call in and get an appointment right away. Had a little hiccup because you didn’t take my insurance but I got a little bit of a discount because I was out of network. I paid a little more for my eyeglasses but I don’t mind paying more when you all went out of your way to help me and also agreed to send me my glasses when they came in so I didn’t have to drive 2 hours round trip. Thanks for the amazing service

I honestly love this location. When I came in for my eye exam, I really just came in to ask a couple of questions and it was close to closing time. I expected them just to answer my questions and I would come back another day, but they ended up doing my whole eye exam and getting me an amazing deal with some contacts. We were there I know well after closing and they were still so sweet and so happy to help. You don’t find people like that to work in this world very often so kudos to you girls. Y’all are amazing!!

I was visiting from out of state and had forgot my glasses. I stopped in with hopes that my prescription from Georgia would be able to be pulled up. It was!! And I was able to get two pair of glasses with same day service! Exceptional customer service!

Glasses made my vision blurry. Did not help my issue. I tried telling lady when I tried on that everything was still blurry, did not seem to concerned.

First you guys need more help!!! Two people were trying to run the WHOLE building. Second you NEED a better selection of frames for the 79 deal. And the colors on the stickers on the signs DID NOT match the stickers on the glasses. Then when I did not find anything I liked and wanted to leave instead yall wanted to STILL charge me 79!!! So then I ordered some random frames and then LOST 1 PAIR OF MY GLASSES SOMEWHERE IN SHIPPING!!!! The glasses had to be remade!!! Yall are terrible!!!! Also your machines couldn't even get a prescription for my wife. The whole experience was just awful!!!

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with an eye exam and glasses. Sure, it’s an amazing deal ($79 for 2 pairs of glasses, plus exam for contacts too!), but the people really made this such a great experience. They are all so friendly and helpful, and I can’t say enough positive things about them!
