Exam And Rebate
Exam went well like before. However, after purchasing new glasses, I only wished somebody their knew exactly what to do and walk me through the entire process of submitting a rebate. I did happen to figure it out on my own time afterwards, but still wished someone their could have assisted me all the way.

Excellent Customer Service (and saved me money, too).
I heard there was a 50% off sale and I called to see if I needed a new exam; I had just had one last summer.
The person on the phone said no, so I headed in for a pair of sunglasses and I picked out my frames when I walked in the door. The salesperson told me how much, then she thought a minute, did some figuring, and told me to go get another pair of frames. She figured out how to get me the sunglasses AND a new (another) pair of glasses for LESS THAN just a pair of sunglasses.
When I went to pick them up, they were ready for me and the staff was nicer than nice. Picking them up took me less than 5 minutes. Yay!

Place had bugs crawlingall over
Place had bugs crawlingall over. Staff was very rude, tried to sell me something that I didn't need. Told me that I couldn't do the deal I went in for because it didn't cover the right lenses. Very poor selection of frames, and only half were even displayed.

Wasn't told about buying the lens replacement insurance, got a scratch on my lens and they said too bad too sad. There's nothing they could do for me.I could not buy one lens.I had to buy an entire new pair of glasses. They wouldn't even come to the front counter to look at them
