Overpriced, 2nd par of glasses it took almost a month to get ready.

They seemed to get my prescription correct as once I got my new glasses, not only can i see better but i didn’t get headaches afterwards.

When I purchased these glasses, they were supposed to go dark, $1000 down the drain

They staff was very welcoming when I came to get my eye exam. They had a great sense of humor. The only issue i had was I received a text and a email that may glasses were there but they wasn't. One pair came the next day. One pair had to be reordered because they were misplaced. If it wasn't for that I would give you 5stars.

While getting my test, lenses where blurry after cleaning twice by the staff, the Dr didnt restart the test.
My contacts got lost twice and didnt receive them till over a month later.
They didnt want to give any “similar” ones due to already receiving one on the time of purchase.

Just the moment you walked through the door you was greeted no matter if they had a customer or was doing something else they greeted u. No attitudes all smiles no long wait if there was gonna be they let u know.

High priced cheap glasses
I’m stuck with these glasses not happy at all service was bad as if I owed them something. Young people don’t have customer service. I won’t be back

Everyone there look like they are doing you a favor .. no help or anything they are very monotone customer service it’s bad.

I like there service as I went there for reexamination of my eyes again and again , they are cooperative all the time.Thanks for the service.

I never did get what I came in and spent $400 for. I wanted mono vision contacts. I said this to 4 people before taking the eye exam. I stated it again when ordering contacts. I have been back up there 3 times and still can’t get the right contacts. Horrible service

The zoom meeting examination is very impersonal. Can’t seem to make the examiner understand that I cannot see clearly with the settings they seem to think are good.
On my second exam and second try for contacts.
Have never had a problem with any other opticians

The employees did a terrible job explaining everything. They gave my son attitude. Ended up paying 600 dollars when I expected 2 pairs of glasses tor 80 and a free exam.

My experience was amazing! I had a thorough eye exam and the staff was extremely patient and understanding as this was my first ever eye appointment. Everyone had outstanding service and even helped entertain/wrangle my kids during. They also helped me pick frames out that fit my face shape and daily lifestyle. Truly, an amazing and well rounded team. Fast delivery on my glasses as well. Came in two days before expected! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give zero stars I would! Your tech told us my daughter’s trial contacts would be 3-5 days, never showed up. Got notified our order was ready, it was for two pairs of glasses, asks about trial contacts, they never showed up, then was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Was notified about 4 weeks after that our order was ready, we went in, was told only half the order was there and that the system had glitched, trials were still not there. Still haven’t received our order, the people behind the counter have no idea what they are doing, service is awful.
