Nice staff
There was a pleasant lady at the front. I believe her name is Tamara...I could be wrong. She was kind and refreshing. We laughed. She showed me what i could get with their special. She was nice. The gentleman that did my eyes was cool as well. He once lived in Atlanta and we had a good talk abt that. Very nice staff. I will be back.

The specialists got my prescription…
The specialists got my prescription right after I explained what I was seeing from the first pair of glasses. What I don’t understand is the fact that I was charged $480 for my glasses and also had to pay for the eye exam at $70. I get your companies emails for exam and 2 pairs for $135. I got screwed. Great place to shop if you want to lose money. Don’t suggest anyone shopping here for a good deal.

i don't appreciate how confusing the pricing is. somehow buy-1- get on for $79.00. turned into 275.00. an all in sales price would be appreciated. And someone really needs to check the cost of the frames alone. They are incredibly overpriced. for that matter everything is overpriced. and getting my script was an unneeded fight

I went to a North Miami location for…
I went to a North Miami location for eye exam,which was fine l. I was diagnosed with astigmatism and now i have to wait over 2 weeks for my glasses (2). When I received the notification for pickup, I was told the lab sent one to Beaumont, Texas and the other one in Miami where I live and did my exam. Never been to Texas. The glasses I'm waiting for is my main glasses which cost me over $570.00 and really felt uncomfortable to even go back in the future.. No explanation given,the staff were so unapologetic about it. They told me they will mail the reading glasses to me,who knows when I'll get it now...so disappointed.

This is the 2 nd time I went for eye exam . Stanton makes a lenses , that are the wrong prescription. After making a major mistake on the axis of my left lense. I’m waiting 2 wks plus , for my replacement . This is last time I give them my money , time . No quality control , sub par service
