I was greeted when I walked through the door. I received fast, knowledgeable, and courteous service. I came to Stanton Optical - Marrero because my frame broke on a pair of eyeglasses that I had. I needed another pair before traveling abroad. I was able to get a pair of replacement eyeglasses the same day (within 20 minutes). I am completely satisfied with the service and my purchase.

I received the wrong glasses
I received the wrong glasses. The lens was put into the wrong frames, so, I just took the wrong frames so I would have glasses. My wife, her glasses was wrong, because the wrong prescription was entered in the computer. This has been the worst I have ever had to deal with.
