How hard does Stanton push for update?
I made it clear that I wanted 2 pair for $79. I wasn't getting upgraded features yet my total was $200+ . I told her quite a few times, how does this price jump doesn't make sense. She was adding extra features. I was super clear about what I wanted basic glasses that cost $79!, yet the total wasn't adding up. I also do not like that I paid for glasses was told they would be ready today; then AFTER I pay....still waiting on those glasses 2 weeks later.

First time visit, very happy!
My first time there and it was a very good experience! The techs were both very helpful. The experience of having an eye exam remotely seemed odd but it worked! My glasses are great...fit perfectly and best of all, I can see! I will definitely come back for my next pair. They take all kinds of insurance too.

Well lets start from the beginning
Well lets start from the beginning. Went in to get 2 pairs of glasses with a new prescription from Stanton. I told the girl I think my face is tilted as she tested me. She brushed it off. Sure enough when my glasses showed up 2 weeks later neither one was right. 1 was suppose to have all the extra ad ons I paid for including transition lens. No Transitions. Had to reorder. Another 2 weeks. A mistake that shouldn't happen. The incompetence of the store in Marrero is astounding. I'll never go back. Still dont have my sunglasses cause I dont trust them to order again. Lastly, Stanton gives an option for Plastic or Polycarbonate. She thinks the reason my prescription is still off and unwearable is from the Polycarbonate i chose cause supposedly they are better. Had i known this was a problem i wouldve never asked for Polycarbonate. Anyway I'm finished with Stanton..
