The staff was knowledgeable helpful and respectful. Things went well.just wasnt told i may feel a little dizzy until I got accustomed to em which could take a couple days.had to call not knowing why I was feeling dizzy.

Getting my glasses the same day I got my eyes tested was really cool. The people there were all very polite and helpful.

Awful experience I will never go back

The staff was courteous. It took quite a while after my scheduled appointment for my exam. The seating looks like it came out of a prison and it is as most uncomfortable. My glasses were ready in about 8 or 10 days and were as ordered. My eyes are adjusting to the new prescription.

I like the service and time it took to receive my order,,I just dont understand hoe my order went up by 50 dollars,,I guess inflation,,but other then that,,A1

The frames are great, the lenses are great, they put new lenses in my old frames too, so I have a back up.

You scratched my lenses with pliers while fitting my frames, told me you'd replace the lenses and never called me back that new lenses had came in after I paid cash for my services without your 2 79 discount Very unprofessional service.

Stanton optical was an amazing experience for me and my family! They had great customer service, a comfortable and clean building as well as amazing workers. The workers were kind and patient with us, they explained things we may have not understood and waited for us to ready ourselves during the eye exams. Especially the one that blows air into your eyes! (Always hated that one) Maggie was especially wonderful! She helped me and my family VERY much, with helping to pick out frames, explained the issues our eyes had and gave us good discounts as well! Turning my pair of glasses from 800$ to 330$! Such a wonderful experience, and I recommend them highly to anyone wanting new glasses or contacts!👍

Maggie was very knowledgeable, patient knowledgeable and professional when I came in for my exam and finding my glasses. Took her time explaining my situation and was very happy to help me .

We started with a very poor experience. Having a remote tech with a child who was fighting the process was difficult and resulted in an incorrect prescription. I came back for a retest a week later and Whitney got us in super quick. They had since implemented in room technicians which was super helpful in getting them to understand how he was fighting against the reading test. We retested and the doctor flagged it to ensure accuracy because it was so far off from the first. We retested again before we left to triple check. During that process Whitney went over and above to help me calm him, encourage him to cooperate, and engaged him with patience and kindness, even though it was a crazy Saturday. She handled juggling multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring we didn’t leave without answers and correct prescriptions. She hustled to get us glasses ordered and made that same day. She also let me know that he had an abnormal test, and walked me through the photos to show me and explain why it was important to get another specialist to take a second look. She patiently helped me explain to him it was imperative that he do yet another test. She was an absolute jewel even with all the pressure and chaos that a busy Saturday brings.

The service was overwhelming all together. My appointment was at 11. I didn’t see anyone til 11:50.
The man who did my zoom appointment rushed my appointment. My lens were completely messed up.
Order the wrong contacts lens, had to wait 2 more weeks then ask me what my prescription was lol y'all should know my exam was done here. Just horrible, I had to make another appointment at my old place to make sure my prescription was correct.
