didnt say it was a hybrid appointment online, didnt explain what a hybrid appointment meant when i got there. and choosing to outsource a medical doctor is unethical. i know that doctor is not being paid what they deserve and i wouldnt have used this service if i knew about this. the staff onsite were nice and friendly though. the lady running the appointments is over worked and needs help.
Scheduling the appointment was okay but not so much when we were trying to contact the office on the day of to let them know that we were running late due to thunderstorms. You cannot call directly to the office. There was a language barrier when dealing with the call center. There was also an issue when trying to contact the office to update my prescription. I could not get in touch with anyone from the office so I stopped by the location to update the prescription. I was told that I would receive an email with the updated prescription but never received anything. I ordered contacts from the office and 2 weeks later never received anything notification that they arrived. I ended up having to randomly stop by to find that the contacts had been delivered. I would not refer anyone to go through this!
I had my eye exam. It went okay. I ordered no line bifocal glasses. I picked up my glasses . I went home and tried to grade homework papers. It was impossible. I could not clearly see from the bifocal part of my glasses. I will be returning them and giving Stanton an opportunity to make this right when they adjust them.
I was able to get in to pick some frames I like 1/2 hour before closing, it normally takes me an hour because I'm indecisive but happened to find a pair of ombre that was on the desk that someone else may have tried on or ordered.
I went because of the promotion they were doing 2 pair of glasses for $79 plus eye exam, which wasn’t an exam. The doctor did nothing but had me read two lines on the eye chart. He didn’t use the lens apparatus to create a prescription for new lenses at all. Then they neglected to mention that, if I have progressive, strong prescription glasses, the promotion doesn’t apply to me until after I picked up my glasses, which I couldn’t see out of. I have been using my old glasses because I can actually see better wearing them than the new ones. Oh yeah and I had to pay for $200 for the combined total for my 2 pairs, that I can’t see out of. Will never go there again.

Amazing people and quality of the glasses are excellent.
The guys were awesome helping me make cthe right choices
Received email Tuesday that my order was ready, I arrived Thursday, no one in store to help, employees outside smoking & other can be heard in backroom hanging out. Finally someone greeted us but couldn't find the order for another 15 minutes. Then informed us that it was ready because the lenses were put in that took another 20 minutes. Then the employee came out, handed them to use, and said here you go. No fitting, not check them out , no thank you. NEVER AGAIN will this place see us. And this interaction wasn't just 1 person, it was a total of 4 different employees. So the entire place needs to be overhauled

Hassle free, already had me in the system with the issue I had with my new glasses, and walked in to about a 5 minute wait then another 5 to fix the issue and was out the door
It was extremely busy seemed like chaos. No one staying up front to check in people I saw people wait 30 minutes in line just to check out of an appointment or just to be checked in. Needs to have one person on the front at all time so the other 3 can do what needed for the eye visit getting glasses on the 2 pair was ok the option where scattered out and one pair I picked had the wrong sticker on it will
I be back maybe I depends on how it goes when I pick up my glasses Saturday
Price was higher than advertised and not a great variety of frames. Frame seemed overpriced even for children.
