The eye exam was efficient. The tech was not that patient and discussed prices when she asked me if I came in for glasses or contacts too. She didn’t come off as someone patient and just made it seem like everything was super expensive. She clearly doesn’t know about the deals offered online for the company and her customer service could improve.

The customer service provided by Josselyn was phenomenal. She was kind, patient and she looked out for available discounts which was super amazing. I would definitely come back just from the way she treated me alone.

I found two pairs I liked and although I came in with the special in mind- the quality of the glasses available for the special were poor and not worth it for me. They felt low quality and like they weren’t going to last long.

Overall 4/5 with room for improvement from certain staff members

Easy on line appointments. Clean facility. Friendly staff. First time experiencing telemedicine was good. Only gave it a 4 because it took 10 days to get the glasses.

I've been a client from them since 2016, when they used to be called one eye lab. Unfortunately the quality has decreased. I have to return a pair of glasses to re make it due to a strange color in the glass itself.

I like the quick process *same day glasses*. The staff was rather efficient and nice. I purchased 2 single vision glasses. One is ok but the other, I can't see with, my vision is better without it. The prescription in 1 of them isn't right or seem to be regular lense.

Pricilla is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Wonderful service at the office 3536 w Flagler, Miami. Joycelyn was phenomenally helpful and attentive. Been there a costumer fir years and will continue.

Their advertising is misleading; absolutely NO ONE walks out of there paying $79 for two pairs of glasses. I’ll be sure to take the time to post this review everywhere.

However, my husband did not receive his second pair. We are leaving for Europe on March 2, and it would be helpful to have a way to prioritize orders in special situations.
