Staff was not super inviting or welcoming. I felt like i was a burden being there and was rushed to get out but had to wait before being seen. All staff besides the optometrist were not friendly. When getting glasses adjusted at pick up, staff member was not seeming to care and was not paying close attention to the result from his point of view. Lady in white coat in the front was not friendly at all.

I like the exam
I like the exam. The simple glasses. I didn't care for the online paperwork but it got done. Would be great if there waz an on sale exam for contacts AZ well. For peripheral vision driving contacts are better but too costly.

front the time I walked into the building to walking out of the door, customer service was exceptional, patient, kind, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. top notch, chefs kiss if you will. I got 4 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses because I go through them a ton, and I may go get another pair that was out of budget in the near future.

I really appreciate Al’s enthusiasm and positive energy. All other employees are also very friendly and knowledgeable. There is only one other male employee I’ve interacted with and he is not pleasant to work with. I recently went to pick up two pairs of glasses I had lenses put on. He didn’t take the time to sit down with me to make sure they were properly adjusted to fit. Yes he adjusted them, but it was rushed and seemed like an inconvenience to him.
