All my glasses have always been…
All my glasses have always been transition lenses. That should definitely be on your records. I returned to buy 2 more glasses at my cost. Only one was transitions, so I had to wait another week and a half for something that should not have happened. He had my history pulled up. I'm just disappointed I had to wait again for the other set. But I've never had an issue with your store before. That store's customer experience is normally phenomenal

Never recieved my glasses
Never recieved my glasses. Never got a call back from customer service. Store called even after I told customer service I did not feel comfortable with the Harlingen staff. Never got my money back! Horrible
