I went on a Sunday afternoon
I went on a Sunday afternoon, there was no one in the building but one employee and he handled every customer gracefully. He did everything but the second eye exam, it was virtual. The experience was very different but I know this is what the world is becoming, so we wasn't bothered by the wait time nor the people. I'm actually glad we chose Staton Optical for my kids eye exam.

False advertisement, when asked about second pair was told that didn’t apply to my order. Ended up paying over $500 with insurance. Second time I’ve used Stanton for my glasses need, but will not recommend it again. Poor customer care

The doctor isn't even on site and they…
The doctor isn't even on site and they have a zoom call for a eye exam. Some nurse from Miami remote controlling the eye machine. Then they gave me a prescription that was way off. No full refund absolute trash of a place.

Eye tests done fairly rapidly
Eye tests done fairly rapidly. Not too happy with remote eye doctor system. Old school. Your web site and window advertisements state same day glasses. That only applies for single lense glasses, not bifocals. Your signage needs to reflect that.
