NEED more workers or a better scheduling system wasn't seen until 2hrs after appt time, nobody seems to care, when I went to pick up glasses they were not ready,then I was told that they were going to give me one pair and they will call me when I can get other. I spent $250 on what was supposed to be $79 as advertised but ALL the better glasses were not in the advertisement the glasses that were available for ad are CHEAP LOOKING. Overall it was a very horrible experience at this location. Can't speak for their other locations

Unsatisfied loyal customer
I spoke to 3 people at the store the the Friday and Saturday before my Sunday appointment. I was confirming glasses and contacts prices. At the appointment I was quoted a price for contact with a free exam, so I choose that option. Of course after the exam I was quoted a much much much higher price and of course already have to pay for the exam if I chose glasses now. I have been a customer for some time now. I will NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN. Both ladies were extremely rude, and completely lacked customer relationship and service.

Archer road office is okay
Service was great by the guys in the front something happened when I picked up my first pair of glasses when they were ready and they never got cleaned or put in the system as being picked up now they have to be fixed but other than that they are okay the price is a little high my frames were 168 and my bill was over 1000 dollars they did take some things off of my lenses but a little on the high side for my blood

My husband and son got an exam and glasses . The Sr. Wrote recommendations on the paper but when it came time to check out he was never asked if he wanted certain upgraded features. It was quite a bit of upcharge. He was a great optometrist my husband said but the ones selling the glasses I feel are sneaky. Look at paper before swiping card.
