I picked up my contacts
I picked up my contacts. I believe it was five days after my checkup. The left was fine. The Wright was totally blurred and I was leaving on vacation the next day. I have yet to return to find the issue in correct it.

I had to wait about 45 minutes to be…
I had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen then another 30 minutes until I was told to go pick out frames. I’m completely new to this so didn’t really know wat I was doing. I had all these frames finally sat down with someone and felt like I was totally being upsaled and not understanding all options & wat they meant. I left very frustrated. Yesterday got the text my glasses were ready was asked my last name they were handed to me and that was it. No trying them on to see if they needed adjusting, which they do. Wish I would’ve taken my prescription and gone to Sam’s Club. Cheaper and better customer service. Very disappointed.

Did not honor advertisement of free eye exam with purchase of BOGO glasses. Did not honor making 1 pair of glasses transitional. Whole transaction was false, regional manager refused to honor original transaction, instead wanted me to purchase another pair of glasses. Will never shop with this company, will never recommend this company again.

Not exceptional, just average
When I first arrived for my 11:15am scheduled appointment no one greated me. I had no idea where to check in. After I tracked someone down they pointed me to the desk. It took about 15 minutes before I was helped. Then I was told this is the women’s section. Let someone know after you’ve picked out frames. I had no idea how the pricing worked plus none of the employees wore a uniform or had name tags. I had no idea who worked there. After I found someone, then my service was fine. Nothing exceptional, just average. This is my very first experience with glasses. After they were made she just handed them to me and walked off. Shouldn’t she have had me try them on to be sure everything was right?

Great experience!

I selected a pair and she helped me through the process. Even checked my insurance and I found out I had a great discount! That process was a 5Star!
When I picked up my glasses, they were just given to me. No trying on or adjustments. That part was a little disappointing. But overall, I love my glasses!

Went in for a "free" exam. Left with a $600 bill and 2 pairs of glasses that don't even fix my vision. Wasted a huge amount of money on useless glass.

Worst experience ever.
Wrong progressive RX twice, Didn't tell me I have glaucoma after the first exam. Dr. didn't do the first exam but did the second. Was told there was a charge for the exam with the Dr. I said no, they got the RX wrong. They said I didn't have to pay it and made it sound like they did me a favor. After the second set of 2 came in, one was right and one was wrong. How can a company make that kind of mistake when the glasses are the same RX and done at the same time? The price was good but the experience was not worth it. I will never go back.

Not satisfied with the customer service.
I came into store and got the eye exam. I picked out the 2 pairs of glasses, they had to send the order in. My daughter picked up my glasses and her glasses. I took them back because I could hardly see with them. They said they would have to have the lenses remade it would take another week or so. Shortly after getting them back 1 for the arm's came off. They charged me $16. to have another pair of frames, that they out of stock. They took the glass out and put it into the other pair. I was watching them taking the lens out and putting the lens in they were hold it in the center of the frame. Then those glass broke right where they were holding it at. I took them in and they charged me $16. again. This time they had to order another frame. When they got the new frame they had to remove the lens, he had a hard time getting the lens so he put the glasses under heat melting the frames to get the lens out. I was going to use the glass frames for parts but he destroyed the frames. Mhen I was putting the glasses on the right arm was loose he did not fix it. 1 day latter that right arm fell off. He said "you purchased a cheap pair of frames that will keep happening". I just left the store. I am totally disappointed in Stanton. I will not purchase from them again and I will not tell people to purchase from Stanton ever again
