I was able to explain the problem I was having with my glasses as far as using the bifocal part. I was remeasured and got a new pair. Within a few days I received my new glasses without having to pay for them. They turned out better and I have been able to see better with the ones they replaced.

The readers I ordered fit well without need to adjust the frame. The staff at the store are efficient and knowledgeable.

Jazmine Navarro was exceptional! She answered all my questions and took time to explain all the details, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make decisions.

The time of waiting is extremely unacceptable. I have been to several eye exams, at different cities, every year and the time of waiting here was way too much. I would never go back here honestly, and their designer frames are maybe 2 or 3. Plus, if you get one of those designer brands, you don’t get the original frame case.

The Stanton Optical staff at the Fountains gave exceptional service. They were helpful and informative about the different options for me to choose my glasses; they also made the exam visit comfortable and offered a new service that was added to test for signs of glaucoma and cataracts. With my insurance, the exam and the inclusion of two pairs of glasses was reasonably priced. I received my new glasses within a week. I will continue to use their services. Thank you so much!

🔥I won’t mention how long but it took a while to get my glasses right! The guy in Las Cruces gave me erroneous information so I went to El Paso instead! Wasn’t impressed! Long wait, plenty of employees to help but I’m guessing few were trained! I will probably not be going back! The glasses were very high quality and the staff were very nice !

Price was really good. The only thing I didn’t like is I had to wait almost 2 hours just to be seen but other than that it was really neat and I was glad I got one pair of glasses the next day and just waiting for the other pair and customer service was really great.

The manager was amazing. He went above and beyond when it came to helping me out. He was able to replace my glasses when no one else would.

Professional and assisted with discounts on the final purchase. Only downside was that the glasses took nearly two weeks to arrive. But the store and it's service excelled at their tasks.

With appointment, from the moment I walked in the waiting is ridiculous. I felt ignored from the time I was supposed to be welcome. The total process was ridiculous. Next year I just have to try to find another optcal.

Employees were nice and helpful. Had an appointment at 4pm didn’t leave till 6pm… it was just the wait times that took a bit.

Same day service

Stanton is a great place to get glasses and contacts. Staff is kind and caring. The only issue i have is telling people that the contacts and glasses eye exam are two different exams.

Overall, my experience was pretty good the front desk people, as well as the employees made it easy to understand and answer my questions, especially since I never really used glasses before.
