Very Unorganized
So far I’ve had to go to this location 5 times to get two pairs of glasses prescription right, and still only received 1 pair. The team working there are really friendly and helpful but seem to be very unorganized and lack of communication with each other.
Also for the quality of the frames are very overpriced. The prices of frames online are priced less than in store.

When I walked in that they were very polite greeted me with a great face happy and the lady that did the eye exam was pretty awesome she set me up made me feel really comfortable and then when my glasses came in the guy that he gave it to me but sure they said make sure I was comfortable in them before I left the store and that made me feel very good

Evasive with pricing
I called before I went up there to confirm If they accepted my VA healthcare. They told me yes on the phone but when I got there, they told me it would only be a discount. They are very pushy with buying frames, if you don’t buy one there then you’ll have to pay $130+ for just the eye exam. I just wish they were up front with me about pricing and coverage.

Left out the bifocal part of the prescription …
I pade full price for prescription and did not get it, me nor my kids will I be back, yall don't honor yall customers. I was spending around a thousand dollars a year there, I will take my money somewhere else. It's not even about the four hundred I spent for nothing, it's the lack of care for the customers, I notice this start from the top down.
