Super slow.... I am still waiting for my glasses. The automated service stated it would be ready and delivered by April 16th. However once speaking to an actual person I was informed most likely they will arrive by Friday April 24. My appointment was on April 1st. I understand that I made a change the day after placing the order, which is understandable. The first date quoted was the 8th. April 16th made sense since I did make a change. But seriously this is the slowest service and there is really nothing special about the glasses. There is no extras that would create such a delay. This review is not based on any person. The people that work there are just fine.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Which were ready at 2 different times. I was called for one pair almost 3 weeks later then the second pair I never got call to go pickup. I waited another 3 weeks and still didn’t get a call. So I called them and they said they’ve been ready. Which I never knew about. So sad I had to wait over a month.
I liked the safety glasses selection.
I have been waiting for over a month for my glasses it has been remade three times and they do not know how much longer it will take to get my frames back
I order some glasses, and then they never gave Em to me all. They said, was I need to take a new eye exam.
So I had to go somewhere else to get my glasses to another company. For what they did to me, I liked what they did. But they still messed up like they always dream. They don't give me credit for the mistakes. And it took my glasses to be done in 12 weeks and it takes over months
Everyone was very nice and helpful. My glasses came in early and are Awesome!!
I didn’t find the frames I wanted. I found a pair I did like but even with promos was almost $600. I had to settle for a cheaper pair of frames still spent around $250
They didn't call or text me that my glasses were ready which who knows when they got them in.I had to go in person.I don't think I'll be back because the 2/$79 is all a gimmick to get you in there office then tell you that you can't get because you are bifocals and I was given the wrong info on the phone by the representative and they gave me one set price and it wasn't even that as quoted.I will not be back.I wanted my 2 frames.
Very poor time management. I had my appointment at 3:30pm. I arrived 3:15pm poor check in service. They called me to back to perform exam which is good process. I then have been seated in front awaiting for my prescription it has been more then hour.

I had a very disappointing experience and would not return.
The exam process itself did not inspire confidence. The technician operating the testing equipment did not seem fully confident, and I was then directed into a more expensive exam that I do not feel was performed accurately.
The pricing and advertising were also misleading. The promotion advertised “BOGO and free eye exam,” but in reality the exam was only partially credited ($79 toward a $138 exam). I reviewed the fine print and did not see this clearly disclosed, which resulted in a much higher total cost than expected (over $300).
More importantly, I was not properly informed about what I was purchasing. The glasses I received are reading lenses, which was never clearly explained to me. I cannot use them for my actual needs, and I would not have agreed to them if this had been made clear.
Additionally, my prescription does not align with my history. My left eye has consistently had mild astigmatism for over 20 years, gradually changing from -0.25 to -0.50 to -0.75. It is now listed as having no astigmatism and instead requiring a +1.00 reading correction, which raises concerns about the accuracy of the exam.
I am also still waiting on my second pair of glasses, with a quoted wait time of up to two weeks, which seems excessive for basic lenses.
Overall, the experience lacked transparency, and I do not feel I was given the information needed to make an informed decision.

Well I was told it would take 2 weeks and it took a month so I had trouble at work to see.. could at least give a curiosity call

HORRIBLE!
the staff are not human. no emotion. no care. ONLY READING FROM PREPARED DIALOGUE.
REFUSED to be clear about how they lost my Robert Mitchell frames.
REFUSED to compensate with equal value frames
after 3 weeks of trying to either get my frames back or compensated with PROPER frames by contacting a stanton optical help center, who couldn't and did not get in contact with an actual corporate representative or this stores manager.
spent upwards of $270 for an eye exam and two lenses.
the lenses were ready in store but again SOMEHOW my frames just disappeared.
ultimately refunded $120. NO FRAMES. NO LENSES.
I WILL NEVER USE STANTON OPTICAL AGAIN! AND WILL ACTIVELY ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANY!!!

The service I received was great, the employees were very helpful and kind. I recommend that you hire more employees; the only issue I had (as one of the many other customers) was watching the employees walk past us in order to help other customers. I suggest hiring more employees so that the current employees don’t seem rude to the other customers. Meaning, hire multiple employees for each station and job position.
Everyone was great The service on my glasses were good I just wish it would have been adopted but check my eyes and not necessarily a video of a doctor checking my eyes and just don't feel I got an accurate result but it's better than what I was with

Amazing super friendly staff helped me get exactly what I needed to get back on the road driving my semi. I got same day glasses(2 pairs) in a hour for reasonable price. I will be back and recommend everyone to go here.
Thanks for the opportunity to do the eye exam I had fun thanks. Have a good day.
