The customer service representative over the phone was nice respectful and knowledgeable and helped me. The person in the office was very respectful nice knowledgeable and helped me with my issue very quickly. I really appreciate her and her kindness. But I do have to say your eye glasses frames are not qaulity frames but I love yall store and staff
