5/29/2026 I ordered BOGO. Sales Manager, Alisha was very helpful & friendly in helping me select my frames.
Antoinette assisted with the check out process. On this day Antoinette was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
I picked up my glasses, I think it was 6/9/2026. On 6/10/2026 I noticed one pair of frames did not sit right on my face. Thinking it was a loose screw, but the frame was popping in and out of place.
6/12/2026 I returned to the location to have the defected frames looked at.
Antoinette provided service, at first thinking it was a loose screw as well, but that did not fix the issue. They offered to replace the frames, I said sure, thinking I would receive NEW frames. They, however, went to the display wall and was going to swap out the defected frames with display/used frames. I communicated very calmly that I did not want used frames. Antoinette’s demeanor changed immediately, very rudely put their hands together and started speaking to me in a very condescending manner. “ma’am this is a courtesy, what exactly do you want to happen”. I communicated that I paid for new frames, that I want new frames to replace the defected ones. They became extremely standoffish saying again this is just a courtesy and they could disinfect the display frames, not send out for new frames and quickly handed me off to Alisha.
Alisha remembered me from my prior visit, understood that I had only just picked up the new frames, indicated that one of the spring loads was defected & that would only happen after lengthy wear and proceeded to process the replacement order.
Good customer service doesn’t end when a sale is complete. I should not have been treated in that manner.
At the end of the day, even with BOGO I paid +$300 for each pair of glasses. I paid for NEW glasses. Display/used frames are never a substitute when paying +$300 (retail +$500 for one pair of glasses).
I want to make note that Alisha was always very professional and friendly.
Antoinette's behavior was not only unkind, but the main reason why people would rather buy frames online as opposed to going into a location and be subject to that type of customer service.

Don’t make sure glasses fit. Don’t notify you glasses arrive. Just tell you your wrong and move on
A notice read that the glasses were ready for pickup. Unfortunatley, only one pair of two was found 3/31.
They promise to call when the other is located. This customer is not a happy camper.
