Repair of Existing and A New Pair
Good experience! I lost a pair of glasses and had then remade. It took about a week or two and I was good to go. I got a new pair with my yearly exam. They were in a fews weeks after the replacement pair. I was treated well. They got me in and out without a long wait. Very professional!

Frustrated
Purchased glasses and lenses fell out return 2 times then they sent them out to let the lap cut and fit the lenses. Made 5 trips to return and pick up to just return again. Last time lap cut glasses, so far so good,and when they came in I ask if they would mail, for a cost of $10.00. I feel that they would have mailed them free. I wife drove me down to pick up so the cost of gas plus our time, wear and tear on the vehicle should have been enough that they could have taken care of the cost to mail. My trip is 49 miles one way.

it took over two weeks to get my…
it took over two weeks to get my glasses and one pair had a very loose lense that the technician said, Oh its ok...just don't push on the glass and it won't fall out...it was very loose.
